In-Home Sales Agent

Position Overview:

As a representative of ReHome Solutions you will be providing high value construction services and products to our customers throughout Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. This position requires the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty with our team members, vendors and clients.

We offer the potential to make $60,000 – $100,000 a year plus bonuses, auto allowance, fuel card, paid holidays and opportunity for advancement to the right person.

We provide strong, pre-qualified leads, no cold-calling. Our unique training style will prepare you for success in the field.

Responsibilities:

Meet revenue targets as designated

Manage daily lead run, being prompt and presentable for all appointments

Ability to follow established sales processes resulting in sales

Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating repeat business

Generate sales revenue by adding new program customers and getting referrals

Build strong customer relations resulting in retention and up-sells

Thorough knowledge of sales processes as trained

Thorough knowledge of product offerings

Initiate continued personal education on products and industry

Perform accurate inspections to determine needs

Ability to complete accurate and thorough contracts

Understanding of price sheet and how to determine correct pricing for products

Accurately completes proper sales reports as required

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience with in-home sales or B2B.

Able to meet requirements for C.S.L.B. Home Improvement Salesperson Registration

Call Center Representative

Position Overview:

Position requires setting daily appointments with potential clients generated through various lead sources. No cold calling. Enter lead information into system and follow procedures for appointment setting and lead tracking.

Responsibilities:

Contact prospects by phone to set appointments.

Deliver prepared marketing scripts

Identify and overcome objections

Maintains call center database by entering information

Follow up initial contacts

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous call center experience a plus

Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems

Knowledge of lead handling principals & methods

Construction Crew Members

ReHome Solutions, Inc is looking to hire crew-members to service clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.

We are looking for full-time workers with previous experience in insulation install, window and door installations, stucco, drywall, painting, carpentry and finish work.

Must have a valid California driver’s license and have integrity, ethical work standards, and be presentable. You will be working under our corporate license so quality and experience are extremely important.

Sub-contractors or short term employment interest need not apply. Do not respond unless you have the below qualifications.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience for window & door installers

Able to perform a quality finish on every job

Stucco & Drywall & Paint repair experience

Must own basic Tools

Reliable transportation

California Driver’s License
